High School Dual Enrollment
EARN COLLEGE CREDIT WHILE STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL FOR FREE!
High School students can take advantage of the Dual Enrollment program at 麻豆视频 to earn dual credit for college classes that the high school may also count towards graduation!

STEP 1:听 Have completed the 8th grade
STEP 2:听 Complete the 麻豆视频 application by either clicking on 鈥淎pply Now鈥 on the 麻豆视频 Website at 麻豆视频 (yccd.edu) or go to CCCApply at /apply
- Click on 鈥Apply Now鈥, then click on the hyperlink under step one stating 鈥麻豆视频 Application鈥.
- Create or log into your existing account with CCCApply. (If you have an existing account or have taken college classes before, sign in. Do not create a new account.)
- Verify that all your account information is correct, then click on 鈥淪tart a New Application.鈥
- (If you are having issues with your CCC Apply account, please contact CCCApply at 1-877-247-4836.)
- Complete all sections of CCCApply: Enrollment, Profile, Education, Citizenship/Military, Residency, Needs & Interests, and Demographic Information. Review your application, consents, and agreements.
- Click 鈥Submit My Application鈥.
A confirmation will be sent to your email with a confirmation number once you have submitted your application. Keep your confirmation number for future reference. After 24 hours, you may log into to retrieve your student ID.
(If you鈥檙e unable to retrieve your Student ID, please come in to a 麻豆视频 campus location in person or log into the Admissions Zoom room at with a picture ID to retrieve your Student ID.)
STEP 3:听 听Log into your 麻豆视频 Account
- Log into your 麻豆视频 account at 麻豆视频 (yccd.edu), select 鈥Student Login鈥, then 鈥Student Portal鈥. In Student Portal you will be able to access your Self-Service, Canvas, your student email and more with your user ID and password.

- First letter of your last name (capitalize)
- Plus 7-digit ID#.

STEP 4:听听Read & Complete a (formerly known as the High School Recommendation Form)
STEP 5:听 Submit completed High School Non-CCAP Dual Enrollment Request to the 麻豆视频 Admissions Office or via email to YCAdmissions@yccd.edu
*We are only able to accept forms from the student鈥檚 麻豆视频 email or the high school counselor/designee鈥檚 work email (for security and authentication purposes).

Submit completed & signed High School Non-CCAP Dual Enrollment Request during the pre-registration period for the Summer/Fall 2025 starting Monday, April 21, 2025.听 听 听

Ensure you attend the first day of class!
If taking a Math, English class or one with a prerequisite of Math or English. High school students can utilize their high school transcript for AB 705 placement showing the completion of the 10th grade.听 听Send unofficial high school transcript with the completed High School听to register for courses.
Other details:
A high school student who has completed the EIGHTH grade may be admitted on a part-time basis subject to the following requirements with the written recommendation of the high school administrator and the parent鈥檚 permission:
- No Physical Education/Kinesiology听courses may be taken; students must have met any course prerequisite requirements;
- Students are required to fulfill the minimum day requirement at their high school, or, for charter/home-schooled students, the parent has to verify that the proposed college course work will not interfere with the student鈥檚 basic high school course work;
- Charter or home-schooled students must present a grade equivalency certification documenting the grade level the student has achieved;
- Charter or home-schooled students must present a copy of the affidavit submitted to the State or County Office of Education to document the student鈥檚 involvement in an educational process;
- Concurrently enrolled students receive the lowest registration priority.
- Students must be certified to be eligible for advanced scholastic or vocational coursework (courses numbered 1-99). Contact the high school administrator for information concerning authorization听to enroll.
- Students are subject to all rules, regulations, and fees for the College.
- The enrollment and Student Services fee will be waived for eligible students.
